Willow & Lola Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Willow & Lola, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns unless the item is received in a damaged condition.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for the item to be returned.

  • Please note: customers are responsible for all return postage and packaging costs.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges, but requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges must be for an item of the same value as your original purchase.

  • If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value.

  • Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs when sending items back for exchange.

  • Please note: customers are responsible for all return postage and packaging costs.

When returning an item to us, please ensure you include:

  • Your order number

Items returned without this information may experience processing delays.

Additional Information

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit when being returned; we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
